I did take a week to get them the document they requested though, so if there is logic in how this works, I should theoretically get PPR a week after other applicants who didn't have additional doc requests. IF there is logic to it, and they don't decide by playing pin the tail on the immigration file.
 
I don't know if you guys feel this way as I do, I've thought the PR process is very similar to accounts payable process in finance department of a business.

A/P starts from receiving invoice and backup paperwork(purchase order and packing slip)
The package of invoice gets reviewed to match the invoice to the backup.
The ones confirmed matching move on to get paid out, and the ones with discrepancies put on hold.
Those to be paid out wait till a batch is made by collecting A/P with similar payment due. The batch is paid out on a particular day of a cycle by a check-run.

I assume that's why we've seen DM rain and PPR rain as per your expression.
Accountants may understand this a lot better.

What I am saying is your applications are done and just sitting there and waiting to be paid out. The day will come very soon. Peace!

I too got PCC and RPRF request on 21st May which I submitted on 4th and 5th June, no sign of DM yet. Though got IP on 21st May itself.
