Congrats lat!

Remember August 29 was a Friday and Monday (Sept 1) was the Labor Day. So literally mail room piled all deliveries on Friday after noon (in effect another "non-declared holiday" ) and date stamped on next working day which was Tue, Sep. 2. No big surprise!

Hi Don ,
Thanks, I came to the same conclusion. ;)

Just an update on my case, I just received my AOR and Book in the mail today. I am sure everyone else will receive an update soon.

Hi OP_POP, do you know is it mail arrived from Sydney or local office?

Still no news....anyone else from August (23rd) who hasn't heard vack from cic yet???

As per the New Citizenship Application Timeline 2014, there are five August applicants still waiting for acknowledgment from CIC.

My analysis according to earlier posts on this forum; chances are that it will pop up somewhere between three to four months time in process/e-cas. To assure I haven't heard any reliable cases of lost/missing applications so far delivery confirmed to CPC Sydney.

See the New Citizenship Application Timeline 2014 here:

Feel free to add/view if you wish so.

Okay...just did it via cell phone. Hope it worked. If not will try again at home via laptop.
Thx for the help.

He is trying to call cic again cause it weird that the last agent said that they only have his name and birth date on file.
He is an existing PR so I assume they have all info. I think the agent was a smart one knowing if he says the address he could figure out if they start processing his application.
Others have their address on file...so. just saying.
He even tried the trick with the receipt of payment as otgers did here in the forum but the agent said...well y had to put it into your application so why do y ask. Duh.

Oh my...lol.
hope to get positive news soon.

Just check the spreadsheet but can't see my data entry although it said it was registered.

Well, I can see you there in spreadsheet...but probably with a typo in mail delivery date? it got sorted to the bottom of the page.

cfbebe Toronto 21-Aug-2014 23-Sep-2014

The spreadsheet is a very simple page, don't need excel/spreadsheet or any extra software and can be browsed from any platform, i.e. laptop/windows, mobile devices/cellphone/android etc. etc.

Thanks for sharing...keep updated whenever you have one.
Wish you all still waiting, a happy AOR soon!

Hi Donvalley, I had no idea you had already imputed my timeline on the spreadsheet. Therefore, I created another timeline (so there are 2 dav3000). Please, could you remove one of them? Thanks!!!

I can understand that not receiving any of email or ecas or mail AOR is worrisome but why are others impatient? Its going to take 6-8 months minimum to process application & we all know that. By that calculation we should not expect anything communication until Jan or Feb 2015. Why the rush? We just have to be calm & patient. Ecas or no ecas will not make the process any faster or slower. Let the system take its own course and stop worrying as we are not in control anyways.

The citizenship process used to take close to 2 years & its not even 1 year for most of the applicants now.

Just my 2 cents..

Even if it takes two years there is nothing we can do. The important thing is that if you are in good standing you will still receive it.

Hi Dav3000,

Don't worry, done. Probably the first one was created while migrating the table @Rossie created in this thread.

Thanks for sharing....keep updated whenever you have one.
