Aww man I am in the exactly same boat as you.....its scarborough.....dont know when will we get the test letter...

Did you receive any RQ or finger print request as such?

Nothing. The agent says it's a regular application.

letter sent 18th for test in ottawa on april 3rd

i see my e-cas update but no letter yet .

let me know what questions should i ask when i call cic and what do i have to bring with me .

yay finally i got my test date --i am so ready to do this :)

7 months and ottawa finally woke up

you need to translate the stamps on your passport and bring your notice of assessments.

Just the 4 years relevant to your application submission (for the CRA notice of assessment). If you want you can bring those before and after, to reiterate continuity of residence but CIC will be particular as to that period included in your physical residency calculation.

Regarding passport stamps. If you left Canada within the relevant 4 year period, and missing reentry stamps to Canada in your passport then expect that CIC staff will likely confirm with you again (even if you may already done so in your application form) whether you're providing consent for CIC to access your CBSA (Canadian Border Services Agency), border entry history. Lately, some entry ports to Canada do not stamp passports (e.g Toronto Pearson Intl Airport). PR cards and customs forms are however scanned so CBSA would still have your reentry on file.
