I am still waiting for the PPR....Hd sent an email to CIC...they mentioned that my medicals have gone into level 2 review and there is no SLA defined for level 2...so it's a black box right now...

What does your ECAS status say, does it say medical results received?

Hi Abha. Second level review means RMO or they have referred results further to some other departments? What I have been told that RMO takes 4 months to review the results and if not found satisfactory then ask to contact Toronto Public Health. What are your timelines. When were your medical results uploaded?

Well...the GCMS notes states the timeline for review as 10th October. We (both me and my husband submitted our medicals on April 9th). His medicals got approved on April 10th. So, the timeline for RMO is 6 months...

In my case, as per the GCMS notes, the due date is in August and our medicals were uploaded exactly four months back of due date i.e. in April. Actually, we are clueless that what's going on.

Yes. Did your receive any request for further test? Due date is 19th August so just 1 week from now. I will send an e-mail to CIC and will ask if there is anything pending on us.

How much time does it take to come to decision

Finally Got my FBI clearance after 3rd attemp.Send the same to CIC on 17th July,
No update after that.
Ecas status said In Process 'Medical result received in 1st week of July"

Still how much time for decision to be made.
Not sure if issue wth medical or still background check is going on?
