I haven't got Biodata request, and know a person who haven't got biodata request and he has completed landing as PR
Now a days only RPRF request comes.

Second that. Not everyone receives the biodata request anymore. Maybe there's been a change in the medical system and the biodata
nowadays comes together with the medical test results or so?! I'm tapping in the dark here... just throwing ideas out there.

My question is:

Are Medical reports sent only if everything is okay? Or it is sent to them regardless of the report?

When eligibility is passed, then you get MR.

But you can still get rejected after MR, if something goes wrong.

Edit: you mean if the Doctor sends it to CIC or not? Your doctor may ask for further tests, if there is an issue with the report.
