But my son was born outside canada. So I need to send updated application form with depedent details . I want to do medicals together after I receive my son's medical request as well, that's why I wanted to know how much it take to add a new dependent to application.

IMM TYPE: Non EDE

That means that you had a medical exam. Read page 6 in this document:

Strictly speaking, you should though your app is assessed based on the info provided on the date of app received.
