In August, two applicants have Decision Made status and one with Passport Request. Hope there are lot of updates in the next week.

I am really worried now.

CIC requested for a USA PCC eventhough my hubby had stayed less than six months in USA.

CIC have given me 60 days time to submit the documents.We got our RPRF and MR as well.

But the issue is USA Police clearance issuance shows 12 to 16 weeks.What will happen now ?

Anybody has gone through the same issue ? Please help

It takes around 4-6 Weeks. So I suggest you send the fingerprints to FBI within 1-2 days. So the whole process can start.

Hi Guys,

I got MR request for myself and my spouse yesterday evening. I am planning to add my new born child to the application next week and then complete the medicals after that. Does any one know how much time it will take to add a new dependent to the application and get MR .? will it be possible within the allowed 60 days.

Man.. this is moving at a real snail's pace. Hardly 1 MR per day.

If your new born is born in Canada, its very easy to add - you just have to send soft copy of Long Birth Certificate.

For the baby born in Canada, we do not require PR as the baby is Canadian Citizen by birth. We just have to update CIC regarding the birth by sending Birth Certificate

I guess you will have to send and updated Family information sheet as well....
