Hi

I have the opposite situation. I recieved my medical request (I'm the principal applicant) and my wife who is on my application has not. Totally confused by my situation and yours. I have asked my lawyer and they suggested that we both take the medicals.

Ok, I see in another post on the forum, you can ask the doctor if you are able to take the medical or not. Depending if they can find your UCI on there system or not.

I had applied on Aug 14 2013. I recieved my AOR on 17th October 2013 . I haven't recieved my MR yet


After my application, I had submitted Indian PCC through post which was acknowledged by CPC ottawa through E-mail. And recently my passport was renewed and I had send the scanned copies through e- mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca. I haven't recieved any acknowledgement so far from CEC.

Does these updates delayed my MR ??

Thanks. I asked my lawyer and they advised she takes the medical and they will supply to CIC with the info. They also said they had seen a few situations where only the principal applicant got the medical request. This doesn't explain your scenario. I hope yours arrives soon!

I will ask the doctor though as well in case there are any restrictions.

I'm in the same situation as u are. But I didn't receive any acknowledgement through mail sayin thy have received my spouse pcc...
I had a RCMP request made on 22jan fr my spouse... After that I'm waiting.

No, none of these should delay your application processing. I had submitted my renewed passport and one of the updated forms through email too.

Just hang in there. MR should be shortly on the way !!

I have noticed that people are getting both MR and RPRF requests at the same time, but i only got RPRF email from CPP. Is this normal? Can someone please let me know when can i expect to get the MR after RPRF?

Have you done medicals in last 1 year for your LMO / TRV etc? Because the medicals are valid for 1 year.

Seems it has been slow going for the past 2 days. Not a lot of MR's received.
