My Ecas has now changed to say "In-Process" so I think it's pretty much official that, after the PPR, they're issuing the visa. Now my husband just has to friggin' get his butt there so they can put the visa in! You have to be there between 9-11am Monday-Thursdays and you will get the passport back with visa inside and COPR at 3pm the same day (usually that's what happens anyway). Which means now that we'll have to wait until after the whole weekend since he has to take a 6am bus to get there on time and it's now too late for that bus!
On Ecas, when I click on "In-Process" it now says, "we started processing your application on November 26, 2012" which means they opened our application and the same day approved it!
