help po. Dependents po kami under Live in Caregiver program. Nag-email na ang COA para mag PDOS kami sa June 19. Kaso hindi pa naibabalik ng embassy ang passport namin with visa. Ask ko lang, kung June 19 kami schedule ng COA, ireremind nila embassy about it para ibigay na passport namin?

Ano po ba mangyayari? saka yung schedule ng interview ng mom ko wala pa, Still waiting for the second letter at sabi sa kanya ng CIC Scarborough eh sa 2nd week pa ng July nya mattanggap.

Help po please :/

hi guys sa mga nakalipad na with kids..

I have a question lang po I hope you can share your experience regarding po sa Immunization record -children under 16yrs of age.May isinama yung CEM na form naka indicate po yung mga vaccine na kailangan iaccomplish.kasi accompany ko po ang 8mos.old daughter ko.pwede po ba pumirma yung pedia who administer her shots or meron bang reccomemnded ang cem at sya lang ang pwede pumirma sa form as qualified health professional?

Hi! I would like to ask, what if we cannot complete to fill-up the immunization form? Is it okay if our doctor only filled out all the vaccines that have been vaccinated to us and those vaccines that are not been vaccinated were left blank?

I hope anyone can answer this. I am so confused because my siblings are not able to take other vaccine shots when they are toddlers and the doctors said they are no longer needed to be injected.

Actually hindi naman yan hinahanap sa airport where you are going to land. So wag masyado ma stress. Ang ginawa ko dinala ko lang yung form sa pedia ng anak ko tas kung ano lang yung nasa record nya na vaccine sa anak ko yun lang ang mark nya ng check kc sabi naman sa paper yung hindi naman N/A mark db? tas sign lang ng pedia. so far pumasok na sa school anak ko d naman hinanap yun. we just landed last Nov. 16 in Vancouver...

yeah i know I just got mine nung monday kasi meron akong hit it took me 3 weeks I will send my app to my hubby on thursday cus he's in Detroit for a business trip. And then hopefully he'll be able to send the app by the 17th

So magiging magkabatch tyo hehehe buti ka pa nakapagsubmit na. ok lang yata yun, but in a month sabi nila maayos na yung NBI if ever naman they will ask u for additonal docs if hindi yun ok. I hope maging smooth ang app natin and be there before Christmas

Yung sa amin ang tagal na wala paring update hindi namin alng kung anong nangyari last 2011 pa yun

Happy0369 tgal na pla ng application mo nag ask na ba kayo ng help sa MP? kung dpa I suggest mg ask kayo ng help sa MP matutulungan ka at malalaman mo kung anu na status ng application mo.MP lng nakatulong smen kya lumakad ang papel nmin.

hello guys!
does anybody know if CIC Manila respond to requests for an extension for submission of addtl requirements? kasi, we were only given 60 days to comply and they sent the request thru email, but the problem is we never received the email from the embassy because they sent it in the wrong email address. nalaman lang namin after one month na thru AINP pa when our relative in Canada is nag follow up sa kanila and may email nga pala because they (AINP) are copy furnished. we requested an extension sa CIC Manila but they are not yet replying.. we were running out of time and we are not yet finished sa mga addtl requirements...
please help naman po on what to do!!!!
