Has anyone who has gotten the PPR or COPR all of a sudden got a rush of panic? Or is it the stress of trying sort selling the house, full time jobs, children and then landing on our feet and starting over when we get there? I'm worried what the stress will do to us. I'm already going crazy thinking about all of the above!

We bought tickets lastnight. July 22nd we fly out!

Do you know if buffalo is working already on applications received in August? Our file was transferred on Nov.01/2011.
Also my husband is on F1. Do you think it will take longer than others or if they will interview him?

I JUST got an email from Buffalo that my file was transferred to LA. So they at least opened it.

Looking at the Buffalo thread, it looks like a lot of applicants that are in Canada get sent to LA.

My ecas has not changed at all - it just says application received and that they received the application on Aug 26.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about F1 though. Good luck!

Thank you so much, I know it was just a little scary when they mentioned the package being "too perfect" I really though it was going against us. But yes that call from my husband this morning sure made my day.

Well, we were wondering the same thing. We kept in touch with her for a little while PM and the last message I received from her was January 12th. I did leave her another one but no reply, I do hope it wasn't bad news. I wish her all the luck and happiness. If you are out there somewhere girl..write something to us to let us know how you are doing.

I just wanted to update anyone interested. My husband landed in Vancouver on December 25th. It took a total of 1 hour to get through Immigration and find his baggage, at 7:30 pm. We took a bus that brought us to the ferry where we went directly to the Vancouver Island. I've been working a lot since he's come, but it took 10 days to get his Social Insurance Card and we're still waiting for his Immigration card. He's been in his english class for almost 2 weeks. We are so happy. Murat loves Canada, I just hope he learns english quick, because my Turkish is getting a lot better now

That is great news that he started his English course and that your Turkish has gotten a lot better too I am still working on mine. Congrats to you that your husband is finally home and my husband will be home in 9 days as well so it looks like everyone is finally having their dreams come true!!

Good Evening Everyone. I have a question to those who had experienced and have some advices about my case. We sent my Medical and "NBI clearance" prior to our application, what we are worried about is, we sent both the original copy (No thumb mark) and the personal copy (With thumb mark) of my NBI clearance because I forgot to put my thumb mark (Original copy) on it. So what we did since I had my personal copy with me, I went back to the office and had my thumb mark and sent asap to my wife in Canada before she sent the application way back August last year. Do you think guys this will affect our application or even ask for resubmission? "We already received the Request of Landing fee from Mississauga Dec. 20, 2011, and paid that same day and sent the receipt by Fax and Mail back on their office later that day! AOR, AOM and PPR received Dec. 30, 2011 (letter dated Dec.15) and submitted Jan.04, 2012 and confirmed it was received by immigration the following day. Here is my eCAS status: "We received your application for permanent residence on August 26, 2011. We started processing your application on December 30, 2011. Medical results have been received". Please anyone who can help me on this I really need some answers. Your response will highly be appreciated. Thank you so much!! God bless us all..
