Does anybody know, how much time Embassy usually gives to move to Canada after receiving passport?

Do you know ... Did you hear anything ... from friends, family, people on this website?

Thanks....Visa office is New Delhi,filed my app. on the 31st of Aug 2011,PER 28th Nov 2011,file transfer on 23rd Jan 2012 and MR on the 14th of FEB 2012...
