HELLO AUGUST APPLICANTS
THE AUGUST HAS ALMOST COME TO A CLOSE. IT HAS BEEN A ROLLERCOASTER RIDE FOR ME. THE PURPOSE OF THIS THREAD IS ALMOST OVER. I WILL KEEP ON CHECKING THE PROGRESS ON YOUR APPLICATIONS THROUGH THE SPREADSHEET. I GUESS EVERYONE IS THERE BUT JUST IN CASE SOMEONE HAS MISSED OUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF U CAN GET URSELF ADDED TO IT BY VISITING JULY 01, 2011 FSW APPLICANT MI3 THREAD. Nooo... we sent application on august first week for RN (3152), i didn't get any response from Sydney.
So please dont close this thread, there are other peoples also with the same situation, i think.

Hello everybody.
I am very sad because today we received the rejection of our application from CIC because the Cap was reached when our application arrived in Sydney.
We applied with cap 1122 and our application arrived there on August 8, 2011... .
This is so strange to me because we where checking day by day on their website and we saw that the cap wasn't reached till end of August.

Can someone confirm this or let us know their experience?

May i know how u got this rejection, is it by mail or post with you application? Why i didn't get any confirmation?
I paid 100000 Indian Rupees to agent, do my agent will give money back to me? any body have any suggestion?

My Gosh what made you Pay 1 Lc INR to agent at one go????

I think you should talk to your agent on terma and conditions of the contract you must have entered into before paying 1 Lac

i am so sorry and yes u shud try to get a refund. if not the whole of it than atleast a part of it shud b refunded. why did ur application got delayed?
