hi, im also an aug applicant. i sent my application last aug 13. no news until now. my agent told me that their agency received an assessment from july 15 applicant and it says quota reached! huh. im worried but still hoping for the best. please update me. thanks

hi Daash, i checked your file and saw that you applied feb 2011. how come? from what i know, the filing of application was supposed to start by july ( MI 3). thanks

I have sent my documents on Aug 9th
They received the documents on 19th Aug NOC code 3113
I got an email yesterday stating

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011.

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing"

Does that mean that i am already selected based on my points?
So what has to happen next ( I have sent all my documents with the application)
Please help me to understand thye process .Thanks you

hi net,, we are all in the same timeline, actually my app was rcvd by cic a couple days after ur app was rcvd. did you already email cic? i sent them an email on Nov. 15, 2011 to check the status of my app. will wait for their response. it looks like the noc 3152 reached the cap last week of july. if thats true, i guess we didnt make it this year. still hoping for the best, expecting the worst. goodluck to us.. daash application was for the june 2010 to june 2011 FSW. as long as ur noc hasnt reached the cap, you can apply until the end of the date of that year.

how did you know that your application was received? i don't know mine. the bank is not helpful either in tracking if my BD has been encashed. they say they wouldnt know that. how would i know?

i sent my application through courier FEDEX. cic rcvd my application on Aug. 19, 2011 and rcvd by cic's D. STAPLETON. i checked it through FEDEX's tracking system. how did u send ur application to CIC?

in regards to the encashment of BD, ul know it only w/ ur bank. speak to ur bank's manager and demand to check ur BD..were in the computer age now..they should hav a system to track ur BD. its just that some bank are not helpful. try to scare them, say, you will close ur acct w/ them. maybe theyll assist you further..who knows..

oh my! I already sent then my request without those information. i was not able to check your message before i sent it! i don't know my tracking number, when it was received and so on. my agent didn't give me those info. what now?
