Hi! I've just found out this forum

Me and my husband have an application for permanent residence under the FSW class.

I'm an architect so we are using the 2151 NOC.

So far our timeline is:

CIC Sidney received our application on 16th August 2011;

CIC Sidney gave PER on 10th November 2011;

Paris Office start to process the application on 2nd December;

Medical Exams done on 28th February!

And now... waiting again!

It's very frustrating to wait. It looks like LVO is going under massive background check. I got same reply and order for CAIPS. Will share when I will get them.

brother..I know how it feels like,,,,loads of our decisions would be pending over that..!! really frustrating..
but nothing is there in our hands what we can do is to Pray..

Hey Everyone,

What I observed that NDVO now a days is giving priority to backlog applications i.e 2009-2010.Most of 2009-2010 cases are getting visa and medicals.I think for processing backlog cases we are getting affected.NDVo is trying to finish off backlog cases.God knows when can we get medicals.Again MI 4 is coming in July-2012 ,if our applications gets processed before July-2012 we are safe other wise waiting for medicals and visa for years.

brother compare to last year this year things are going at lightening speed...!!
generally it would be like around three months for every step...!!!
so it would be 3 months to get MR after PER...I hope that this stays minimum for you..!!

 Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination yourself and spouse. This must be received by xxxx date.
 Pay the right of permanent of residency fee yourself and spouse by xxxx date.
 Complete marriage questionnaire for yourself
 Marriage photos
 PCC clearances
 Indian Mailing Address. We do not mail passports outside INIDA/NEPAL/BHUTAN



1) where to obtain marriage que form? do i need to fill it or spouse?
2) does this letter mean passport request ??? do i need to send passport now on the base of this letter?


Please help my deadline is 30th march 2012

Hi All,

My application received Sydney on 30/08/2011. I had applied for PR for Canada FSW, I had included my wife and my two sons in my application. My elder son is studying in Canada since Sep 2010, now I have received the Medicals instructions. I would like to know that can my elder son get his medical examination done in Canada? and what should I do about visa stamping in his passport, can I tell him to send the PP here?
