I am on the same boat, but I looked deeply in spreadsheet I noticed one thing is that at the moment who got MR belong to 3131 or 3112 and also I noticed one more thing is that 631 people get mr after sometime, may be I am wrong but it look like this

there may b some correlation. but still its hard to say wht r the factors which speed up the process.
some say its NOC based
some say its ielts based
some say it depends on visa officer
some say it depends on the presentation of ur case
some say its sheer luck
i say 'all of the above'

I got my PER on 07-Feb-12.I filed my application under NOC-1233.Will there be any verification.What are the possible questions to be asked to me as well as to my employer-including past employers.I have attached business card of my all my current as well as past HOD-s though the signatories are from HR-team.Will they call up my HOD-s or signatories?

they r most likey to call the persons of which u have provided the business card. there r very few cases where VO resort to calling the employer current or previous for verification. good luck!

On inquiry to Visa office London, they wrote to me,

Dear Sir,

No mail has been sent to you. Your file is pending an officer review.

KLH (Client service Unit)

Any idea why they are not working on my file?
