Up to three discrepancies and up to 5 (or 15) days missing If I am not mistaken do not qualify to get you to a judge as these cases are usually approved by CJs.. this info was based on the CIC internal Operational Bulletins .. this might change as this info was from last summer.chikloo said:A colleague of mine had less than 1095 days. So even today(before C-24)it is the COs discretion to flag you for CJ review or not.
It is like if a person missed a vacation to Cuba as they do not stamp your passport.. it happens
