How long after decision made (received Dec 6) does one get copr from a visa exempt country? Also is it via mail or e-mail?

Oct 16th 2014 applicant, just got my RFV email today morning (Dec 12th)

Has anyone else applied from the US and can tell me what courier service they used? In the email received it says I have to make sure to use a courier service that can deliver to and from US & Canada.

Secondly, When completing and signing Annex A, I am assuming we have to print and attach entire email to package as well?

I have already mentioned in an earlier post regarding sending passport from US. please follow it.

I received PPR last week. Email says I have to notify then if married. I got married in Aug-2016.
Should email them? Will it delay the application?
Do I need to attach any document?

Question, After decision made do you always get an email ?? We had DM on the 3rd and as of yet have had absolutely nothing, checked emails daily and nothing, starting to worry perhaps its not a positive answer now ans thats why we aren't getting a request for photographs and passports :'( :'( :'(
