Aug/Sep/Oct Applicants Waiting for PPR

so, I called the call centre two times today
1. She said that the application is in progress; we don't need anything from you; there was an email sent to you in Aug.
I called the lawyer and the he said that he has not received anything and he asked me to call the call center again and check if they can resend it
This is why I called them again
2. Next agent I spoke with was kind enough to read out the email that was sent. She read it out and asked me if I still want the email to be resent because it's more of a generic reply they send. I said that's alright and I tried striking a conversation with her. She mentioned that the Ottawa office gives themselves a buffer of four months and bla bla bla. I reminded her that the application is past 24 (20 + 4 buffer) and she took action. She told me that she is sending them an email saying they are late on this application.
I particularly asked the first representative if she can take action but she denied it saying we can't do anything. The second lady could. So, keep trying ... let's keep our fingers crossed!
