I have completed 24 months on 29th August and have called CIC today. The agent told me that the processing time is an average estimate and it can vary for different people. She also mentioned that all my processing are complete now and waiting for the final decision.

When I checked my account I noticed that the status of background check is changed from "in progress" to "not needed at this time".
I wonder if this is an indication that my security check is complete.

Where is your files location? It is PACE ? Mine is also "appears RFV" and the file location as of June 24 is PACE.
Please check your GCMS notes.

I remember that lucifier's file was also in PACE and "appears RFV" before he got PPR. I guess PACE might mean Passed All Catergories of Eligibilities.

So, if your file location is PACE, you would get PPR after a senior VO's final decision.

Totally same as yours. However, the due date is blank in my file.
