received my GCMS notes which I had asked for in June ... I didn't as them to resend the notes because I had given up
and the file location is PACE since mid June and the last notes says "APPEARS RFV"

I'm still waiting for my 2nd BOWP applied on Aug 29th. Called CIC and they said it is in progress and sent a note to VO. Also got a new due date of May 2017 for PR. These dates doesn't give any hope.

I'm glad my spouse is coming to Toronto next month on SOWP.

I heard it too for the first time today!

Here is what the agent told me now
She said the earliest they can do anything will be March which is four months from the due date on my file which is now Oct 31st.
She also said, it can be before that but from our side we can't do anything until March

I once called CIC and was got through to a really nice agent. She noted my call and write to CPC on behalf of me. Now one month has passed, still waiting, it doesn't help at all.

They have upto three months to even respond back to query from the agents
