Aug/Sep/Oct Applicants Waiting for PPR

The strange part is that some of our CEC app got their ppr in aug and 1 sept. Seems completely random that they got theirs and we are still waiting. I guess it depends a lot on which agent is handling your case. My 2cents

Yes, you will. But you need to call or email them to ask for the refund.

Just called cic they said you can hear anytime from today to end of February 2017
Can't trust them sometimes they say end of November and now they said till February

when did you apply, the call centre agents seem to be giving this estimate based on when you apply.

Made CSE inquiry 10 days ago. I got a generic reply today as 'application is in progress'.

I'm still waiting for my 2nd BOWP - applied on Sep 29.
