Aug 2021 SDS applicants please gather

Hi I have applied for my visa on 30th October and my surname is repeated twice in my application and my biometric collection letter.
I have raised a web form but haven’t heard back even after 15 days.
I have my biometric appointment on in 10days, can I go to the biometric centre and ask for change in error or how do I get this issue rectified

Did you ask for a screenshot from your consultant?

Yes asked him. He sent me the email reply which he did to IRCC. Their reply was the same that if it's not a priority like Afghanistan or any other such issue then they ll not answer and I should wait. Si I wonder is it still not a priority. I missed September session and now deferred to September 2022. Wasted my whole year.
But my consultant didn't send me the screenshot of my profile. He just sent me reply from IRCC.

I guess GCMS notes are just for refusal but my application is still in process neither approval nor refusal till now. Iam badly stuck. Dont know what to do?

No, you can ask for GCMS notes even it’s still in process. It’s the only way you can know what happened.
