The refusal came so late, it's almost the end of November... Plus choosing a Graduate Ontario Certificate after Masters from India. I'm not sure about anything.
Anyone here who has dealt with a situation like this coz I've seen a few who applied for pg certificate even after Masters and got approved first attempt.
