I also heard it that IRCC sending results to Delhi Immigration office. But, These are the applications which applied before July 2021. one of my friend got PPR after mailing to Delhi office. I don't know, It was coincidence or what. Apart from her, I heard same thing from other people as well...

Its only two weeks since biometrics completed. I guess I need to wait 40 more days to receive BVL
Its so strange how they work. See my biometric was updated on the same day and then there was no update for eligibility sections or background, nothing. Then medical updated recently and they started eligibility review. For you they started it before getting medical. So now which will come first?! I am just curious. Anybody has any idea on this?
