Hello...

1. When did you filled your EOI on Express entry ? Is the IELTS and WES required while filling the EE or I can do both the process in parallel.

2. can u pls brief regarding ur PNP nomination ?

My NOC is 2132 Mechanical Engineer and My WES is in process, Waiting for results. I have submitted for $ years Mechanical Engineering and 2 years MBA.

IELTS and WES is required , only afte rthat you can create EE profile.
Then you may apply for pnp nominations .
4 province does not require job offer , You can google about each pnp program.

But first step is IELTS and WES. then to increase points either get job offer or pnp .
