any one got 3 basic and 1 moderate according to new system and i want to know how much the officer calculate ?

why i ask this becouse my friend got same this and officer give him 5 points , pls any one has similer case , pls advice me

as another pople said the officer max give in basic 2 points even u earn 3 points

as i want 5 ponts to reach 67

No, please read the instructions. The maximum points for basic is 2 plus 2 for 1 moderate = 4 points, as the poster has been told about a dozen times. See; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 10.

No more confirmation needed after "PMM" reply. Prepare for IELTS again instead spending time in same question and same answers, you are almost near to to get an other moderate, hopefully you will make it with practice. Good luck.
