I WAS WONDERING IF I HAVE TO SEND THE CERTIFIED PHOTOCOPIES OR THE JUST PHOTOCOPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS IN CASES WHERE PHOTOCOPIES ARE REQUIRED AS PER THE DOCUMENT CHECK LIST

do you mean to say that i need to send notorised photocopies of the documents along with my application . although they hAVE ASKED FOR JUST PHOTOCOPIES

If photocopies are asked for, then you send photocopies, they don't have to be notarized unless your visa office specifically asked for notarized/certified copies.
