I also facing same issue I applied for may intake in Fleming college Peterborough for 2yrs pg course . My classes started from 6th may but not yet received the provincial attestation letter.

Best to defer. You aren’t going to get PAL and study permit by May 6.
Please, what is the update on PAL? Does anyone have an idea? My school will resume on the 6th of May, and I haven't applied for a visa yet.
What do you mean - what is the update? If you haven’t even applied for a study permit (leaving it really late) and not taking a Masters, you need PAL.
I have received my visa and my classes will be started at May 06. Do i stiil need attestation letter or not?
People on the forum have. Every province will have different timelines and requirements .
Some have received the PAL others are still waiting from their respective colleges.

Not yet . My college is Sheridan Brampton and I didn't recieve PAL till now. My classes are from 6 may and it has been late already for visa study permit . What should I do . Should I defer or move on with this process. Please tell me .
Will I get study permit if I defer my intake to September? Should I wait more for attestation letter for may intake . ?

You don’t get a work permit. You get a study permit that may allow you to work 20 hours off campus.

Not study permit but I want to know that when my ug diploma will over can I work in Canada ? Will the college provide work permit to work in Canada ?
