Attention PMM,requirements for an employer

Hi, My brother is a doctor n a permanent resident of Canada.He has got a company registered by his name,although tht does not run any business or so.My question s can my brother send my spouse an AEO ,if yes wht r the requirements which he ll ve to fulfill b4 sending my spouse an AEO.Also wht s the procedure for the whole process.I want to make it clear tht my spouse s a management professional.regards

Hi,

The basic requirement fulfilled by employer in canada for AEO are the following:
1.Company must have 3 to 4 employee on payroll means company pay CPP for them.
2.Company must be tax payee.
3.Company in existence from past 1 yr.
