i sent my initial application to CIO on 15th july. i forgot to mention my sister_in_law's name in additional family info form, who has PR of Canada. Can i update the info when i gonna send my documents to visa office after the approval of my application.........

Yes, you can update this info while sending full documents. Explain this in Cover Letter that this was an oversight in my initial application and I have updated this in this application.
By the way, your Sister-in-Law's name will go into your spouse's Additional Family information form.
