Yes especially ONTARIO PNP! Not only did all us legitimate candidates had our applications delayed and suffered through a lengthy QA process because internally they F-ed up and accepted fraudulent applications and failed an audit by the federal government, now they are REFUSING to validate with EE that we have OPNP.

No, BC PNP does not encourage people that already have their nomination. People that are already nominated can't go the EE route - BC PNP is encouraging people that are both eligible for BC PNP AND one of the EE streams (for example CEC) to apply for EE and they will streamline the PNP process as well.
