Hello CanadaVisa members!

I submitted my application in January, 2017 after I received ITA. However, at that time, I did not have FBI clearance, so I mentioned that in the Letter of Explanation.

I just received the FBI clearance now. How can I attached the additional document, so that it can be checked with my current application?

If I wait for them to ask me, there may be too much back and forth, and reopening the file may take another few months. Since I have all required documents, I want to make sure CIC reads the complete application.

Thanks!

CIC generally sends you an E-mail stating the documents which need to be submitted. With that E-mail an additional field is opened in your account where you can upload documents.
You can also add documents to your submitted applications using a CSE. it usually takes 10 days .

Hi, what all documents did you send them at the time of filing as proof for your FBI pcc application? Also did you upload those in LOE or PCC section?

CSE is Case Specific Enquiry?

Yes, you can send any additional documents or information through a CSE / IRCC web form.

Thanks, for the CSE related info! I have sent it in, and now waiting for the confirm.

I attached local police clearances in the PCC section in the application.
