Can I apply AIP with abilities score of 7 in speaking and writing, 5 in Reading and Listening. I work with IT sector. Almost 18 months of experience in NS province.

Hello everyone! im trying to apply for AIP in NB as a nurse. Im living in the USA. im struggling a bit with the application process. So, on the INB website im doing this LONG application and it will me my providence endorcement? and from that moment on do I get a link to apply for a work permit and PR? our do I do that on my own on the IRCC website? I Would love some help
