ns immigration office told me otherwise. They said I can move to a different Atlantic province. And I don't see that requirement in the official webpage? Also, I'm sure I can also switch provinces as long as I reside in any one of the atlantic provinces during 16 months.

I just got endorsed by PE and they were very clear about it. Here is the IRCC website. Use your best judgment:

• lived in one of the following provinces for at least 16 months during the last 2 years before you graduated
  • New Brunswick
  • Nova Scotia
  • Newfoundland and Labrador or
  • Prince Edward Island

I apologize if I sound rude to you, I didn't mean to "win" an argument with anyone. You're right, it's pointless to ask anyone other than the immigration department that will endorse me. I shared that info because I wanted to prevent the spread of misinformation. Thank you for your answer.

Ah, I think you misunderstood my situation. I graduated from a school in Newfoundland and I was asking if I can get endorsed by other Atlantic provinces.
