Wala pa din official announcement ng opening sa main CIC page nor sa mga pages ng mga PNP programs ng mga provinces na kasali sa program.

Good...that is recent. 10:00 Atlantic Time kanina tiningnan ko sa cic.gc.ca....walang update. Good news - so expect me ramp up na ng activities.

So hintayan na lang ang next steps kung me mga invites na to apply under this program in the form of invites to job interviews or intent to offer ng mga employers.

oh, you need a job offer to be eligible to apply
Yes po. Ang hirap lang kasi yung mga nagttry magapply ng jobs sa mga Atlantic provinces online, most ng reply nila prefer nila yung nasa canada na. Kaya medyo malabo. Hopefully mas luminaw at maglabas pa sila ng detailed info in the coming days.

Right. ayun ang tricky part dun preferred ng mga employers nasa canada na. I thought this new program is based on pointing system, hindi pala. Good part lang is hindi na need ng LMIA na ang haba ng proseso, basta bigyan ka ng job offer ng employer pwede na magapply then the immigration will call na lang siguro the employer kun legit yun company.

Actually legit ang magiging employers. May mga criteria ang AIPP bago bigyan ng designation ang employers before they can hire anyone through the program.

Ang hinihintay lang po natin is kung talagang may mga employers na nag-approach para magamit ang new program na ito to hire hopefuls like us (which NB said nasa database nila yung mga nagregister last Feb). So far wala pa naman nakakareceive ng email or kinontak man lng ng employer. Example, kapag daw may employer na may specific NOC na hanap, si NB ay ibibigay yung list ng registrants with that specific NOC.

papano naman po yun mga hindi nakaattend ng info session at hindi nakapagbigay ng personal info/resume para malagay sa list yun NOC nila, so wala na chance? or meron jobsites na pwede applyan for AIPP?

The program kasi is employer-driven. One of the goals nga ng Atlantic Growth Strategy (of which AIPP is one of the programs) is to bridge gaps on qualified resources/labor for companies in the Atlantic region and as well as retaining the labor force. Me restrictions din kasi imposed on employers. As part ng restructuring ng TFW program a few years back hinigpitan na ang requirements on getting foreign workers - kaya ang preference was those already in Canada, then hindi na papasok pa sa immigration process ang employer. This also trickled down somewhat into the AIPP requirements for employers. Excerpts from the designation Guide for employers:

The Designation process is designed to confirm that:
 The Atlantic Immigration Pilot is the immigration program best suited to address the employer’s needs;
 The employer wants to hire full-time, non-seasonal international applicants;
 The employer and their business is established and in good standing; and,
 The employer has demonstrated their preparedness to receive and meet the settlement needs of
international applicant(s) and accompanying family members.

For some employers - medyo restrictive sa kanila ang requirements of being actively involved in the settlement needs - before walang responsibility imposed on employers. But it starts with an employer first getting designated.

Dun sa Information Session by embassy of Canada, has anybody here received a proper confirmation? meron ako nareceive na parang auto reply lang with CONFIRMATION on the subject title e. meron na bang update?

And another question po, if nakaattend na ng Information session last year but has yet to send their EOI. Paano mako consider sa AIPP?
