Hi! Here's our timeline.

August 28, 2018- Application sent
September 4, 2018- Application received
September 25, 2018- AOR
October 22, 2018-Medical Request
October 30, 2018-Medical Done
November 02, 2018-Medical Passed (Gckey)
November 03, 2018-Pre-arrival letter
December 18, 2018-BGCIP (ghost update)
March 11, 2019-PPR!!!!!!!!

If your brother is from the Philippines, his application will really be forwarded to Manila immigration.

As per what my husband's experience, since he is under AIPP, he didn't get the POLO or OEC. My husband just told the immigration that he is LMIA-exempt.

Thank you Stone18, yes my brother is from the Philippines. May I know if your husband is already PR when he left the Philippines or his holding Work Permit? He wasn’t asked in the airport for the OEC and how did he get the PDOS? Already talked to POLO Toronto and told them that my brother was LMIA-Exempt but the staff said it is thru direct hiring so he has to undergo POLO. Also, what year did your husband moved to Canada? Thank you so much for the info, will try to follow up again with POLO,Toronto.

Got the biometric request today. Is it normal to get biometric before the AOR? The application was received on 12th Feb. They have my wife name misspelled on the BIL. How would I resolve that?

Congrats! Did they send you an email? I am still waiting....
I have seen that some people got biometric or medical exam request before they received their AOR. I hope they gave you enough information to link your application to your account.
For the misspelling, I would suggest to contact CIC.

Thank you, Bonita. Yes. I got the email. I got another email as well, confirming that they received the application. I will try contacting them through the call. I hope they resolve. I think they started sending AOR so hope you get your's soon!

I dispatched my documents on 31st Jan 2019 and received on 7th Feb 2019 ,still i didnt received AOR from AIPP. Can anyone please advise how to contact them.... i mean email or contact no.

I don't know if they will block your email...

I found this on other threads...
Outside canada: best time to call +1 613-944-4000 is at 2:15 pm PDT, as soon as the male voice starts to speak keep pressing 1

Inside canada 1-888-242-2100 then dial 2-1-1-0

Hope this helps

Hi,
I don't think they will block your email. I was thinking to call them on coming Monday but today morning I managed to link my application to my account (I didn't hear anything from them but they received my application on 14th Feb). My current status is "pending registration" which means they just start uploading my application (when I tried yesterday it said no application matching my information). Every morning I tried to link it since they received my application. You can also try to link your application to your account. Hope this helps :)
