Atlantic immigration pilot funds

Hello,
It seems proof of funds is only 3075$ http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5424ETOC.asp

I also read on the atlantic province websites that some require funds similar to federal skilled worker of like 12000$ but i think thats only for provincial nomination.
Does anyone know if 3075$ will be accepted with job offer by officers.

No i havent, i still have to get 1 year experience in the last 3 years for my skilled job and ive got 6 months so ill have to apply next year unless i and my current employer lie about it but i wont be doing that since we will eventually get caught when we must submit proof of work experience.
