Hello!
I was trying to help my brother-in-law make an ATIP request with IRCC. We encountered the problem that providing the file number is mandatory. As he was not able to save all the file numbers of his applications, does it mean that he basically has no chance to receive all the information about his files? For example, he was in the Embassy in year 2000 with the paper based application. He barely remembers the date of that visit, let alone the case number that it was assigned back then. Cannot IRCC make records search based on name and date of birth like RCMP does?
Thank you.
