ATIP note meaning

I've received another ATIP today (4th one since August).
In the previous ATIPs this note wasn't quite visible, although it was there.

Note says: AGING INVENTORY PENDING PARTNER RESPONSE - CBSA.

The day after that my application was transferred to St.Clair Office from Missisauga.

Does anyone have any idea what that might be? I know it has something to do with Border Agency but a haven't received any RQs before or after the test.

I'm tired of calling CIC call centre asking all this questions, as for the reason of the transfer they usually cite the possibility of the workload (re)distribution.

Hi ambient2 - question for you regarding the ATIP since you have received 4 of those so far. At the very start of the ATIP, under Application section 'Application Assignment' - do you see any values populated for 'Due Date' and 'Assigned To'? Just curious if these fields are blanked out by design or is this that the case for my application? Thanks a ton for your help

My ATIP is divided by: Cases. Events. Parties. Embassies. Notes. Projects. Profiles. Document. Correspondence. Absence Assessment. Activities

I don't have this part at all. Starting from 13th page I have activities where I can find Due Dates: (mentioned 6 or 7 times and all blank) and Assigned to: (Also 6-7 times with different numbers of different Immigration Officers).
This part deals with all the clearances, test results, and scheduled Oath.
no mention of Assigned By: in entire ATIP.

The way I understand this note is that CIC wants info directly by their internal business channels of communication but there is no response from CBSA yet.

Looks like internal organizational mess.

May be, I'm wrong but I think its remnder for "Security Clearance" from CBSA (about travel) renewal for the next step in the process.

CIC is a huge mess, after so many months of frustration I despise Unions and the 'affirmative action'.

Honestly speaking, I have no idea and dont want to give you any wrong information. After over a year, I requested my ATIP over a month back and still waiting for it. So, please excuse me. I wish I could help you.

Its my assumption note on your ATIP report is an internal reminder to the concerned division to take the next action stating its due now.

My co-worker got her ATIP few days ago, and it's completely different from mine. She also have the part you have mentioned (all of them blank). I assume that ATIP for the applications which still in the process of evaluation is different from the ones which are already in the process (assigned Case officer, all clearances done, etc.)

Any idea how many days its taking to get an ATIP report these days. I have applied slightly over a month back still have'nt received.

I remember earlier, it used to get in exactly 30 days. Appreciate your update.

Sent my request on 4.12.15 got it on 6.1.16. Sent an email on 5.1.16 with the temporary tracking number to find out where is the Atip, don't know if that helped.
