ATIP GCMS notes request - Temporary tracking number??

I'm sure you will get them tomorrow or Tuesday .I have ordered 3 times and they always come on a week day . Never a weekend but that could just be mine .

Hi my spouse owp got rejected so my husband who is on wp in canada applied for gcms notes online and we just uploaded consent form which was signed by me and his passport on the last upload page and we have given all the details. After submitting we just got temp tracking number. Its been 20 days since we applied and we dint get any permanent tracking number so is it normal or did we do any mistake. Do we need to submit anyother form? Please reply asap thank you in advance.

It takes at least 30 days for the notes to come in. Sometimes a little longer. Have ordered 3 times and it always takes that long and have never received another tracking number. Just the notes after about a month. If you didn't fill out the form right they will let you know and you have a few weeks before they close your file. Made a mistake on our last form ( according to them) and it took another week after submitting the corrected one! We did it the same way for all 3 times but I guess they didn't like the last one??!!

I ordered my GCMS notes through ATIP
I received an email that said:

"Your temporary request tracking number is xxxxx. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request"
