ATIP for Super Visa

Hi,

Just a quick question in regards to ATIP (GCMS) about my mom's super visa application.
We've applied for the Super Visa last year, but was rejected.

If I wish to get ATIP for this case, because she is currently outside of Canada, is she still available to make the request?
Is there any way that we can get ATIP if she is not currently present in Canada (i.e. by filling out the consent form)?

Hi,

You can apply on behalf of your mom even if she is outside Canada. She must fill the consent form.

You can request for the GCMS notes for her through ATIP, as Bryanna said, all she has to do is sign the consent form to allow you to receive her information on her behalf. You can do everything else yourself.
