Does anybody know about will there be unwanted delays in the application if one requests an ATIP?

no, when you request the electronic version of your file, it does not cause delay to the application.

I was just thinking that when you request at ATIP the GCMS notes has a comment that an ATIP was requested. I don't know how an officer would view it. That was my concern.

The incoming section for my GCMS notes already takes up two pages in my notes lol.

I order new ones the day I get them and will continue to do so until my wife has visa and COPR in hand.

Ha ha. Thats interesting. When did you apply for wifes PR and usually how long it takes for the country of origin.

I applied in February 2016. You can see my timeline under my username beside my posts.

My wife's country is listed as 15 months. The listed processing times online are not accurate. It should take less time than listed if your application is straight forward.
