At what time of the day Indians receive BVL or OPR?

Thanks for the info. Did u get email and gc key update both? And from which office?
Indian students are getting PPR and BVl nowadays. There are 2 students in this forum who got PPR and BVl.
Applied In SDS for may 2020
And then defered to Sept 2020 as May was cancelled by University (university of manitoba)
Study scores above 72 % in school and above 80% in college
Bands 6.5 (not less than 6)
