At what stage is File transferred to CPC?

Hi all,

I am confused! I got AOR on 19th March, medical passed on 25th March. Since then there has been no change.

We are reviewing eligibility criteria.
Background check has not started yet.

I’m pretty sure I’ve pre submitted all documents and paid the complete fee too.

I have now completed 100days since AOR. I have same message. Background check not started :(medical passed 95 days ago. And they haven’t even started my background check?

But I’m confused, I wrote to CIC regarding this and received this email>>

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with your application.

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

We are pleased to confirm that the information you provided was transferred to the Case Processing Center in Ottawa.

Furthermore, if you would like to contact the responsible office directly in the future, you may find the contact information for the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, on our website

According to this my file is moved to CPC(visa office) isn’t it? It’s that supposed to move after eligibility check and police check or ip1? I’m not sure I’m confused?!

Is my file idle or have they just not updated the status? Please let me know what to expect. I have also recently applied for gcms in confusion lol

If you have more than 1 employer, then it will take sometime for BG verification.
 
No need to worry, I have the same message and my AOR is Mar 14th. You can request GCMS notes in case you want to know more about your application status.

I have single employer and my background check has not started I guess

I have requested the same 2 days ago. Did u opt for it too?

Hi, here's my application details:

AOR : 18 Sep
Medicals Passed and ADR for Schedule A : 12 Oct
ADR submitted in 15th Oct

I raised a case specific enquiry to know the office where my application is being processed, and received the following reply:

Does this mean that my file is currently in CPC Ottawa? I'm asking because the background check status in my profile still indicates IP1.
