thats the way chc is working with reasons i am not satisfied that u will leave canada lolzz specially when my permanent residence application in process

Bloody Hell.
Earlier they were not responding and now if they started, responding only with refusals giving some bloody exuses.

That's just somewhat like driving insane to students.
 
oh god. So,, they can do it.. I am going to be in same situation, if i wont produce enough proof and home tie. My PR file is also in process.

Well, God knows all about these. I feel sick now. As its more than a year i waited for PR file to get processed and now if this can be the case for me then It will create hell for me at the end..

Lets see and pray the best to happen with us

very sad to know about this brother. but let me share my personal experiences with you (not relevant to Canada) .... my family applied for Australian immigration. we awaited for some 3years for it to be processed. n finally when we paid the visa fee and we are set to receive the visas, the DIAC (department of immigration and citizenship) Australia came up with something REALLY stupid and annoying... CEASE n CAP policy...damn! i was all set to start ma studies in Curtin Uni Perth and all that... (you know hopes get very high) etc...khair, my dad got the job in the world's largest aluminium smelter and my brother is in london for MBA now.... afterwards, i applied for a Malaysian university...awaited the response...and finally got the rejection!!! but i dint give up...i kept on trying ...got selected for Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) 2011 via Bahria University ISB but the luck did not go my way again.... :'( US consulate did not issue me the visa.... got the certificate from Harvard though! ..... i still did not give up! i kept on trying.... n now done with the medicals for canada.... the ONLY reason to tell u all this is "never loose hopes" and always have faith in Allah! .... there is ALWAYS some good in EVERYTHING ALLAH does!

Bulls**t bro i feel really sorry for your rejection. . .I think that these people does not know how the applicant strains starting from preparing for IELTS to bank loan/funds (nearly 1 year process) and when finally apply for a visa. The vo simply rejects with a bulls**t reason. . .But anyways god has some way for you. . .So don't loose the hope as i have been rejected for study permit 2 weeks back i am going to reapply for it next week. . Lets wait n see.. .. Please don't loose hope. . ..
 
congralutions, once you become a PR then you can pay dosemtic fees and dont have to worry about international fees
