judging by video that I have the right to ask for asylum, but in practice it's different. What if I try to find a job on arrival and the employer who will make me LMIA, it real?

Everyone has a right to ask for asylum - it's whether or not asylum status will actually be granted. That's a completely different matter.

Finding an employer willing to go through the LMIA process tends to be difficult since it takes a long time to process an LMIA (often 4-6 months), there's quite a bit of paperwork involved, and the process costs the employer $1,000 in fees + advertising expenses. Having said that, some people are certainly successful. If you go this route, assume it will take more than six months to find an employer, wait for the LMIA process to complete and obtain a work permit. If the process takes longer than six months, you will have to apply to extend your visit in Canada towards the end of your initial visit. Make sure you have enough funds with you to cover living expenses for at least 8 months (ideally longer).
