Hi I am came from srilanka currently I am studying in Canada right now.can I apply for asylum in Canada is it possible? Will it be accepted??

I have police complaints made in my country and the report, complaint made in human rights commission srilanka,death certificates of my uncle who were kidnaped and killed,we were moved interiorly in srilanka and lived with a father in a church he was theratned because of us his letter ,letter from my fathers politcal party and letter from the bishop of our region and my bro also left the country cause of fear after I came canada
