In mid January, political asylum, being hunted in home country for separatist ideology, I didn't declare at entry because of lack of support documents and not yet informed. Thanks

Get a lawyer depends on which province you are in you can get legal aid and you can claim asylum from inside Canada the below link outlines the steps you can take .

Seems like you are a student. Going through the pgwp is a much better way to control your ability to remain in Canada.
