Hello Everyone,

I recently got positive decision on my refugee case. is there any chance that the minister will file an appeal or challenge my case? or i can apply for PR directly?
also what is the better way to apply for PR? through legal clinics or through lawyers?

pls advise on both questions
thanks

Congratulations. As soon as you get your NOD, you can apply for PR. No need for a lawyer, you can do it yourself online.
